| Defiance Australian Shepherds is currently blessed with 6 lovely girls! They rule the roost and keep the boys in line! As Aussies should be our girls are active and on the go, always! Liam's Absolute Risin' Starr RN, CGC, TDI, Delta Society Pet Partner (Vega) at the age of 91/2 years jumped in the AKC Rally obedience ring and kicked tail. She achieved her RN in 3 attempts with 2 first places! Good job old girl! Due to an injury to her foot, (11 years young on 2008) Vega's "competition career" has ended. She will enjoy her retirement with her brother Indigo. She also boasts an ASCA altered BOB and BOS over specials from the classes! Go VEGA! Defiance Life of the Party HCTs (Liberty) is beginning her new journey at Defiance. Co-owned with my mom, Liberty moved to the country with me. She has been entered in 3 weekends of ASCA altered and received 2 major reserves and 1 reserve. She is a whirlwind of energy at the age of 9! She will be in the stock arena as she is addicted! She moves our cattle and our sheep without thinking twice! Indigo's daughter and special girl from my first litter! Defiance Plain Brown Rapper UAG1, CGC (Trivia) sits 1 major away from her A-CH as well. Sadly beat by her brother Hudson for BOW she missed her major recently, but undaunted, she will try again! Trivia's true love is tracking. She hopes to attain her certification in 2007 and shall search for that tracking test......My pick puppy from litter # 2. Shadowdance Mistress of Mayhem (Riot) came to us from Kathi Schwengel of Shadowdance Australian Shepherds. Riot is possibly one of the sweetest dogs I have had the pleasure to own! I look forward to working with her on stock, tracking, agility and maybe Rally. She is proving to be worth her weight in gold! Colton and Riot have joined Triv and me in tracking classes. GoldDust Playin2WinAt Defiance (Rally) at just a year old, she is catching on to anything we try to teach her! Rally should easily attain her CH in all registries (ASCA, AKC, UKC), as well as title in obedience and agility. She also shows great interest in our sheep, and when let in the pen works to gather them, so our fingers are crossed for some stock titles too. Brian and Rally will be training for tracking as well as working on 4-H projects! Defiance It's All About Me (Paris Hilton) is here until we find her the perfect home. She is already "chasing" the sheep with me and has started puppy classes. She will be making her big show ring debut in the puppy classes and is basically having a great old time learning while waiting for her forever home, should it not come she will hang with us here and compete in all we can! A smart once in a lifetime girl, she had the doggie door figure out by the age of 4 weeks, and has been amazing me daily! |
